We're looking for the Sales quality control specialist to join our team in Chisinau.

Core objective: Track the sales quality work of all sales teams in the Log Office unit complying with all department procedures. Write instructions and procedures to document regular team activity. Sell company products and services.

• Working hours Monday-Friday from 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone).

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial data related to sales department operations by written SOPs;

• Write new SOPs and update existing ones to standardize the daily tasks and to decrease the number of people issues during calls, adding information in CRM, clients follow-ups;

• Prepare and report on daily, weekly, and monthly results of the sales team (Moldova, Serbia, USA, and other countries);

• Collaborate with sales team members to improve performance and efficiency;

• Communicate with new clients and follow up with lost clients and prospects to bring them back.

• Calculate regularly the client NPS;

• Listen to the conversation with leads and customers and evaluate them by predefined procedures;

• Collecting team members issues that they do during the sales process from CRM and recording them in reporting dashboards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field;

• Experience: Over 1 year in sales;

• Spoken & written languages: English - Fluent; Russian - Fluent; Romanian - Conversational;

• Experience in the USA trucking industry minimum of 3 months, preferably in sales dispatch services or ELD division;

• Experience as a Controller or similar role in a sales department it’s an advantage;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities;

• Proficient in data analysis tools;

• Good command of Excel and spreadsheets.
