Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing strategy and content development supervision:
    Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative and impactful marketing/advertising outreach campaigns to spearhead our lead generation efforts and fuel our growth, in alignment with the company's set targets.

  • Sales strategy:
    Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and explore various channels and approaches to attract new customers and revive relationships with inactive customers. Leverage technology to enhance sales processes (Integrate CRM, automation and analytics platforms).

  • Automation and process optimisation:
    Optimize, develop and streamline processes by leveraging various automation tools. Enhance website performance, focusing on traffic optimization and user experience.

  • Data analysis: 
    Gather, process, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights from marketing campaigns, competitive landscape analysis to ensure strategic adaptability. Analysis of company products and their comparative advantages to help strategize marketing and sales campaigns.

  • Team management:
    Lead and motivate effectively a team of approximately 10 colleagues ensuring they are equipped with the skills, resources, and guidance needed to consistently exceed sales targets. Evaluate the performance of the department’s team members, analyzing key metrics to ensure a sales-driven motivation system.

  • Financial Management:
    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the commercial department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Market Research:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in marketing, economics or other relevant fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive in marketing and sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, sales strategies and best practices.

  • Romanian, Russian, English - proficient level. 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the US Trucking industry will be advantageous.

The working hours are from 12:00 to 21:00.
